Week 3: Over 200 questions and counting

This week brought some solid progress for Ditt AM kort. I managed to generate questions covering six out of the eight chapters in the AM theory book, bringing the total to over 200 questions. My goal is to reach about 400, so there’s still a bit to go, but it’s coming together nicely.

I also finished the questions for all the road signs required for the AM theory. It feels good to get that foundational piece set up.

As I go deeper, I’m realizing I’ll likely need more time than I initially thought to really polish these questions. Ensuring each question is clear, accurate, and helpful takes attention to detail.

Code Stats: Growing Bit by Bit

On the technical side, the codebase has now reached around 7,000 lines.

Roughly the equivalent of 150 pages in a book.

Looking back, it’s fascinating to consider how many “books” I’ve written throughout my career, given that I’ve written millions of lines of code over the years.

New Opportunities Emerging

Interestingly, as I work on Ditt AM kort, I’ve started spotting potential spinoff ideas I hadn’t initially anticipated. There’s one in particular that could be worth exploring further, and I plan to dive into it as soon as this app is launched. It’s one of those things you often only realize once you’re deep in the project—starting something always opens your eyes to opportunities that wouldn’t have been visible from the outside.

Looking Ahead

Next week, Week 4, will look a bit different as I’ll be traveling. Updates may be lighter, but I’m looking forward to returning with fresh energy.
